Sarah and Clara at Margaret Mitchell's grave in Oakland Cemetery. Katherine and Sarah joined the birthday celebration from their homes in Sarasota. Katherine returned home the morning after the celebration, but Sarah and friend Clara stayed over for a few days to enjoy the sights of Atlanta and visit. One of our stops was at Historic Oakland Cemetery close to Julie and Dan's home.

The cemetery hosted their annual "Tunes from the Tombs" music festival the weekend of our visit, with artists performing on five stages located around the cemetery.

Sarah was also interested in the Sweet Auburn Music Fest and its gospel musicians. The fest took place a few blocks from Oakland Cemetery. This is one of the stages at the fest.

The sign on top of the building says it all -- Clara really enjoyed fried catfish from one of the fest's vendors.

We dropped by Julie and Dan's for dinner.

In addition to being a good business person, Julie is turning into a great cook! Mmmm mmmm good!
